Corrections Policy and Log
We aim to get things right, and to be transparent when we don’t. This page sets out how to report an error, how we handle it, and a public log of every material correction we make.
How to report an error
Use our contact form, selecting “Correction” as the reason, with a link to the page, what you believe is wrong, and where possible a source for the correct information.
How we handle corrections
- Material errors of fact — anything that could mislead a reader on a point of substance — are corrected on the page, marked with a dated correction note, and added to the log below.
- Minor errors — typos, formatting, broken links — are fixed without a note.
- Data errors. Structured data (rosters, stages, ministers) is synced from the Assembly’s official sources. If our data disagrees with the official record, we fix it and log it; if the official record itself is wrong, we report it upstream and note the discrepancy. See our methodology.
- Disputed but not wrong. If someone disagrees with an analysis or framing rather than a fact, that isn’t a correction — but significant responses can be appended to the piece under our right-of-reply standard.
Corrections log
No corrections to date. When corrections are made, each entry will appear here in the following form:
Date — Page — What was wrong — What it was corrected to.
